2 Days In A Row

yesterday :-

2 spoon of coleslaw to start the day. breakfast at the office then still feeling itchy i ended up finishing my preservative plum. lunch was yong tau foo - only 2 fried stuff *or is it 3? hmm* - continued with a packet of jambu with powder, yummy yummy. nuts again before attending pump. another round of shake for dinner. still feeling hungry that i ended up with few scoops of coleslaw and low-calorie snapple.

overall? 6.5 out of 10

today :-

3 spoonful of coleslaw to start the thursday. chap chay again for breakfast followed by a handful of nuts. lunch was malay dishes (veggie, fish, pickles, chilly fried crispy fish) followed by jambu and starfruit with powder. kept on munching nuts afterwards. went out to disturb the data entry girls and of course disturbed their preservatives fruits as well. another round of nuts 'til i think i had enough nuts for the week already. dinner will be another round of protein shakes and possibly coleslaw if im still hungry. pray that i could wake up early tomorrow to make my own lunch. going to work on the machine before attending combat later.

overall? another 6.5 out of 10 *bad bad me*

2nd Day?

started with *again* the remainder of the tiramisu at home. like my trainer texted me last night ('hey, your tiramisu is nice. 110% pass. no wonder it's 54.5 kg today') i know this is my last day starting the day with sinful stuff. cooked chap chay last night and brought it to office for breakfast. should pack more tomorrow as my stomach felt a bit empty around 11ish that i had to have few nuts while waiting for lunch. lunch was dishes from the nasi lemak stall and a can of diet coke. naughty me ventured to the preservatives shop and bought 3 small packets of preservatives. had few of it around 2ish and another few together with 11 unsalted cashew nuts few minutes ago. good that i didn't forget to bring my shaker so, protein shake for dinner and if i'm still hungry once i'm at home, some grapes is awaiting for me.
combat today - boy was i happy to look at the schedule and saw my fave instructor will cover the class tonight. definitely will stay for the conditioning and cool down instead of rushing off for the shower

how's today?

started with few spoon of tiramisu, reached the office and got myself a beancurd without sugar. only had few spoon of it as there's some problem that needs my full concentration. blessing in disguise? lunch is simply padang dishes sans the rice. evening is time for 10 unsalted cashew nuts, kimchi, and another 10 nuts as i'm still feeling hungry.
weight training later - pray tell the hr stuff is ready before time to knock off so i could go back on time and do machine before starting the training.
dinner? forgot to bring my shaker!! hmm, with my wife and kids, desperate housewives and grey's anatomy it's definitely a long night for me. chicken chop with coleslaw will do me justice.

overal for today? 7 out of 10
